Missing Moment

The two boys both awoke at the exact same time, both sitting up on either side of the girl. The floor they were lying on was hard and dusty, something you wouldn’t have expected in the Burrow, but of course, this was #12 Grimmauld Place.
Harry ran a hand through his hair, and as he brought it down a few finger tips brushed the lightening shaped scar on his forehead. He searched for his glasses for a moment before finding them next to his wand. He picked them both up, and as he placed his glasses upon his nose, he muttered, “Lumos.”
He jumped in fright to see the red headed boy sitting up too, now not only awake but temporarily blinded by Harry’s wand tip. The ginger’s face was pale, which made the freckles on his too long nose stand out even more. It appeared he was sweating heavily above his brow.
“Bloody Hell, Harry!” Ron whispered loudly, as to not wake the sleeping curly haired girl on the other side of him. “You nearly gave me a heart attack! Why are you up?” He asked.
Harry smiled grimly. “A nightmare.” He said, and to Harry’s amusement, he noticed that Ron was running his finger tips over Hermione’s knuckles.
Ron smiled back. “Ah, me too.” He paused and looked down at Hermione with a look that was so caring Harry almost gagged. Then Ron looked up at him quickly. “What… What was yours about?”
Harry looked back at Ron uncomfortably. “Just more Voldemort stuff, the thief’s face mainly.” He paused, unsure if he really wanted to know. “What about you?”
Ron’s ears turned pink. “Uh, same sort of stuff.”
Harry chuckled, held Ron’s gaze, then glanced back down at Hermione and back to Ron, silently teasing him. Ron scowled.
“Piss off Harry.” He muttered darkly, lying back down and turning away. Harry smirked and put out his wand.
His job here was done.
